Terms of Use

1. Who we are

This page is operated by Butr Inc. (Québec enterprise no. 1174469701, Montréal, Canada), on behalf of the artists ARCH and Nico de Andrea (together, "we", "us"). It exists for one purpose: managing the guestlist for the private "Give Me Love" listening event and sharing the release with people we've personally invited.

2. Acceptance

By using this site — including submitting your phone number or email — you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy (which includes our cookie practices). If you don't agree, simply don't use the site; nothing bad happens, you just won't be on the list.

3. The event & your RSVP

• This is a private, invitation-based event. An RSVP is a request to attend, not a guarantee of entry. We may decline or revoke access at our discretion (capacity, safety, or because we've never heard of you 🙂).
• You must be the owner of the phone number you register, and you confirm this through a one-time verification code.
• Event details (including the address) are confidential. Please don't repost or forward them publicly.
• The vinyl giveaway is a free random draw among attendees present at the event; no purchase necessary, no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged. Odds depend on attendance.

4. Messages you're signing up for

When you opt in, you agree to receive a limited number of automated text messages and emails from us about this event and related artist updates (event logistics, the release, presave links, and occasional marketing from ARCH and Nico de Andrea). Consent is never a condition of attending or purchasing anything. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier.

Stopping is always one step: reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Reply HELP for assistance, or email noreply@arch.music.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes: registering numbers or emails that aren't yours, attempting to access other people's data, scraping, probing or disrupting the service, automated signups, or anything unlawful. We may remove anyone from the list and block access for abuse.

6. Intellectual property

Everything on this site — the artwork, video, music excerpts, logos, text, and design — belongs to us or our licensors (including rights connected to the Cerrone original held by its rightsholders). You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any of it without written permission. Sharing the public link to this page is, of course, welcome.

7. Third-party links

The site links out to platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram, and SoundCloud. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies; we're not responsible for what happens on their side of the fence.

8. No warranties

The site and the event information are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the event itself won't change (dates, times, and details may shift — we'll text you if they do).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Butr Inc., ARCH, and Nico de Andrea are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or attendance at the event. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent Québec law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above tells you the current version. Material changes will be posted here; continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Any dispute belongs to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
